We are excited to offer an array of Specialty Flavored Honeys from Somerset, Pennsylvania's own, Bumbleberry Farms. We taste tested a variety of flavors and these are the ones we personally selected to offer through Todd Alan Woodcraft.
Jazz up your morning peanut butter toast or add a few drizzles over your Charcuterie Boards berries and cheese, any way you use them, they're sure to please!
Avocado Blossom: A dark, yet smooth honey hailing from Arizona and California, this single-flower Avocado honey is never flavored or infused. This honey–quickly becoming one of our customers’ favorites–comes directly from the nectar of the avocado bloom. Earthy, yet smooth. Notes of molasses. Great for baking, on a pancake, in oatmeal. 11OZ
Blueberry Blossom: Single flower honeys are never flavored or infused; this one is culled from the nectar of the actual blossom of the blueberry bush. This delicate little honey comes to us from Maine. Lovely when paired with strong cheeses or as a salad dressing. Deep, rich flavor profile. Try it in glazes and marinades, stir into a cocktail. 11OZ
Raspberry Blossom: This lightly sweet raspberry honey comes to us from Washington state. It’s a single-flower honey culled directly from the blossom of the raspberry bush. Mellow with smooth raspberry finish. Try with champagne, chocolate, fruit! 11 OZ
Sweet Orange Blossom: This one comes to us from sunny Florida and is delicate with light citrus notes. We love it as a salad dressing (a little bit of olive oil, vinegar, and honey)! Also great in iced tea and on a warm biscuit! 11OZ
*Note: The National Honey Board, along with other health organizations, recommends that honey not be fed to infants less than one year of age, or your domestic pets.
