Unlike low quality carriers on the market made of soft, porous Pine that can be ruined through spillage or easy denting, we produced our Growler Totes from a combination of two hearty and beautiful woods, Alder and Hemlock.
We use Odie’s Oil finish to oil and protect the wood, and add an extra lawyer of protection with Odie’s Wax Finish. Of course with any wood product, the longevity is up to how well the wood is maintained by regular cleaning, oiling and waxing.
