This simple lamp of reclaimed VG Fir celebrates the character and grain of this past century’s building and construction staple. We’ve recovered this magnificent wood, and hand selected each piece to create the end grain base.

This light comes with a black braided industrial era reproduction cloth cord and reproduction antique plug. Lights come featured with inset low profile non-skid feet attached to the bottom.
Since wood is an organic product, no two light bases will look exactly the same.
If ordering two as a set, we will best match block style and end grain patterning if possible.
We recommend purchasing Walrus Oil and Wax to care for your wood base and metal. We recommend a light coat and buff once per year.
The lamp comes with an in-base 3-way switch in case you choose to use a modern 3 way bulb, or it’s just an extra click when using an Edison bulb.
